Polyurea Hybrid Coating

Tremco’s response: TremPro 670 LV – a two-component, fast-curing aliphatic-polyurea hybrid. And its solvent/HAPS free! TremPro 670 LV’s texture and thickness can be modified. It protects cargo trailer beds and lift gates; RV floors, walls and baggage compartments; utility and emergency vehicle step bumpers, storage compartments and floors; and boat engine rooms and decks. Additional applications include preformed walls, cell towers, storage tanks and public utility fabrications.

Reactive Back Bedding Sealant
TremGlaze S900 is designed for use as an in-plant back bedding sealant in the construction of windows and door products. Its quick green strength development improves productivity and unit handling while reducing the potential for sash distortion. Its quick cure profile provides the strength and consistency necessary to transport window and door units. S900 is used on conventional pumping and automated XY application equipment. No expensive Hot Melt Pumping and XY upgrades are necessary. Available in cartridge packaging, S900 can be used for in-plant repairs and remakes.
